According to this year's study, the Bills:

  • Have the 2nd lowest average ticket price (Cleveland is lowest)
  • Are tied with San Diego for the HIGHEST beer price in the league ($9)
  • Have the 5th lowest Fan Cost Index in the league

The Fan Cost Index™ comprises the prices of four (4) average-price tickets, two (2) small draft beers, four (4) small soft drinks, four (4) regular-size hot dogs, parking for one (1) car, two (2) game programs and two (2) least-expensive, adult-size adjustable caps. Costs were determined by telephone calls with representatives of the teams, venues and concessionaires. Identical questions were asked in all interviews. Superscript numbers next to Beer and Soft Drink prices denote smallest available size in ounces.

They know they have a lot of beer drinkers?

I wonder how many beers they sell now vs 5 years ago at the cheaper price?

Most beers we buy are 2 when we first walk in. This week I did not get one only the wife did.

Wow. After seeing how expensive it is to be there in person, I am amazed that so many teams are able to sellout their games. Personally, everything I spend money on gets analyzed on a cost-to-value basis. And a regular season NFL game fails my "green light" test by hundreds of dollars. lol I like watching the games on TV though...and I ALWAYS mute the commercials and don't pay attention to them either. lol again
