Matt in KC Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I like the stat smack. Do it every week!
Thisistheyear Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I like the stat smack. Do it every week! I don't think it will look as good every week. We're talking about Cleveland.
Matt in KC Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I don't think it will look as good every week. We're talking about Cleveland. I think the stats can look just as good. We just might need to read a much shorter list some weeks....
The Senator Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I know we're favored by 3, but road games are tough - gotta be conservative with my prediction this week... Buffalo Bills 103 Cleveland Browns - 0 GO BILLSSS!!!! 18 and 1 baby!!!!!
Dorkington Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 "The Bills are more relevant, and have won a division title more recently than the Browns (1995 vs 1989)" This is depressing. For both squads.
Rocky Landing Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I like the stat smack. Do it every week! Careful what you wish for. They're going to start smacking us back!
Captain Hindsight Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I know we're favored by 3, but road games are tough - gotta be conservative with my prediction this week... Buffalo Bills 103 Cleveland Browns - 0 GO BILLSSS!!!! 18 and 1 baby!!!!! That is conservative for you
DC Tom Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Buffalo Bills 103 Cleveland Browns - 0 Is that 14 touchdowns, one field goal, and a safety?
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Is that 14 touchdowns, one field goal, and a safety? I think it's 13 touchdowns, 12 with two-point conversions tacked on. The 13th is an extra point, drop kicked through the uprights by Fitz after he fumbles the snap.
bizell Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 (edited) OMG NEITHER OF OUR TEAMS HAS WON THEIR DIVISION... THIS CENTURY. hell, millenium for that matter. :ffffuuuu: Edited September 18, 2012 by bizell
BobDVA Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Classic trap game, on the road, before New England. I am uncomfortable, this will be a close game.
t317 Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I did just read that the browns already have 5 INT's so far this year, let's hope that run heavy and conservative Fitz is the gameplay again
BuffaloFan68 Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I don't think Cleveland will be as easy to beat as KC. I hope we play better still and dominate them as we should.
eball Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Classic trap game, on the road, before New England. I am uncomfortable, this will be a close game. There's a study, somewhere on the mighty intarwebs, that suggests this whole "trap game" theory is complete hogwash. The better team usually wins, regardless of who they're playing next week. Just sayin...
ajzepp Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Compared to the Browns, we look damn near successful!
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Classic trap game, on the road, before New England. I am uncomfortable, this will be a close game. The road aspect (over a year without a road win, I believe) concerns me. Trap game? This doesn't seem like a group to get cocky and look past an opponent.
The Senator Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 I think it's 13 touchdowns, 12 with two-point conversions tacked on. The 13th is an extra point, drop kicked through the uprights by Fitz after he fumbles the snap. Come on now, Sage - going for 2 would just be running up the score
