PromoTheRobot Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I don't care what the stats say, everyone that watched the games can sense that Fitz is struggling, and that they are running the ball to keep him from ruining the drives. Passing has become a last resort, and though some here think that's great, he needs to get some consistency or the Bills are going nowhere. are just going to have to run the ball more.

Geno Smith's Arm Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 We shall see PTR. I don't believe they will be able to continue to win only throwing the ball 19 times a game. They are going to get into situations where they will need to score quickly. They have only beaten the Chiefs! The Jets kicked them around...
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Fitz also leads the league in TD's thrown. Pretty wild for how bad he has looked at times. Go Bills Isn't he tied with Manning with 3 each and Vick/Eagles have 9 turnovers in 2 weeks.
BRAWNDO Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Statistics after two games? We need something to talk about during the week.
Booger Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Did everyone forget about the 1st week and that the Bills racked up half of their TD's in garbage time? Amazing sometimes how quickly things have been forgotten. The Bills have a HUGE issue at the QB position if they plan on going any better than 8-8. Amazing.
biglukes Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 But we still suck, right? PTR Worst team in the NFL. Did everyone forget about the 1st week and that the Bills racked up half of their TD's in garbage time? Amazing sometimes how quickly things have been forgotten. The Bills have a HUGE issue at the QB position if they plan on going any better than 8-8. Amazing. So we should forget any positives and only focus on the negatives? It's a thread about where we rank in the league in certain statistical categories. We don't need to turn it into the 7,000th Fitz sucks thread.

In the NFL anything that works the other guys figure it out in a few weeks. I hope Chan is coming up with new schemes. PTR
Ba Ba Ba Buffalo Bills Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 If we can continue to run the ball and play that ground n pound style, fitz wont have to throw. I agree though, there will come a time where we need him to win a game and thats what will decide if we are a playoff team.

Then who cares how we keep drives going? PTR Edited September 18, 2012 by PromoTheRobot

Fitz is struggling to complete a high percentage of passes. And despite those struggles, the Bills are leading the league in TDs. I'd rather have our problems than the problems of teams struggling to find the endzone Edited September 18, 2012 by hondo in seattle
FleaMoulds80 Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Fitz's stats/rankings means NOTHING. Stafford, Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Peyton are all having down years so far. Not sure what's going on in the NFL this year because nothing is making sense.
DanInUticaTampa Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Also... According to espn qb rating Fitz is 16th and the Brady is in 23rd spot. haha, this has to be my favorite. I haven't really seeing much of the pats* this year, but I am assuming their oline has a lot to do with that.... they are stacked at receiver/tight end, and have an elite QB.

Running the ball to keep him from ruining drives? No. GO BILLS!!!

I don't know, none of that is that surprising. pats* had oline trouble in the preseason, rodgers has gone up against very good defenses, peyton has been out of the nfl forever, brees is missing his HC and has team that has gotten more negative press than any team has gotten in awhile.... stafford is a bit surprising. usually his only problem is staying healthy, and there is defiently something else wrong with him this year.
zow2 Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Leading the league in TDs is great but is anyone scared of the Bills WRs? I mean they have to have the least impressive group of WRs in the entire NFL. thank g_d for CJ Spiller. HE's a RB-WR combined. Gotta take some of the pressure off that guy. He's gonna get banged up.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I hope we are the suckiest team to win a Super Bowl. PTR
