Mark Vader Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 14 games to go a lot can happen. Let's focus on the Browns! Go Bills! Agreed. I know that many of us had the Browns game penciled in as a win, but look at how the Browns have played in their first two games. Next week will not be easy.
BuffaloBaumer Posted September 17, 2012 Author Posted September 17, 2012 I surely never think games are going to be easy with Buffalo's track record. It is usually whether I think there is not much of a chance or winnable (the Browns are winnable)
Juice_32 Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 That may be true but try and imagine Fitz putting up more than 10-13 points against their D As was proved in the KC game. Fitz doesn't have to. If we play stout D and control the clock with the run game I like our chances. We need him managing games and throwing the ball less than 20 times. If we win the turnover battle I think we win the game.
Malazan Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 14 games to go a lot can happen. Let's focus on the Browns! Go Bills! One of the most brilliant posts I have ever seen on this..nay, any message board.
John from Riverside Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Were gonna have to start with some win on the road PERIOD.....before we start worrying about that

RuntheDamnBall Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 That may be true but try and imagine Fitz putting up more than 10-13 points against their D Solution: send Scott Chandler over Donte Whitner's way, often.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 its the wild and wacky NFL. One week you have reasonable outcomes the next week all hell breaks loose. And right now - the Putz LOOK Vulnerable.
Dorkington Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 I'm just concerned about this week's game. We never play the Browns well. And I'm sure DJ will be pulling out whatever stops he has to get a little revenge on his former employer. Hopefully Chan and crew take this game seriously.
BobChalmers Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 With Patriots, Niners, Houston, Patriots and Jets left on the schedule I think Bills are going to have to win 2 of these to have a shot at the playoffs. They will probably not sweep all of their easier games so where do you see the wins? I think that if they can split the Pats and beat the Jets in the final game, they make it. I really don't see a chance in hell to beat Niners on the road or Houston. When this team can finally win a TOUGH game on the road, they will enter playoff talk for the first time.... I am not convinced the Patriots are all that big a deal anymore. Their O-line is a complete shambles, and now they won't have Henrnandez against the Bills. They don't suck - but they are having real trouble getting Brady time to throw,
Dragonborn10 Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 I actually think the niners game is winnable. Our D matches up well with the type of offense they like to run. Detroit hung with them last night and I honestly don't think the Lions are that good. I'd take our D over theirs any day. And they have trouble running the ball. I agree with you. Our defense matches up very well against their offense. If they can keep Vernon Davis from having a huge game, I think they can keep it close. I still think they will lose but if they keep it close and pressure Smith who knows...
Dragonborn10 Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Solution: send Scott Chandler over Donte Whitner's way, often. Criticize lil Donte all you want, but he is the starting SS for the best defense in the league... That said I would love to see him try to cover Spiller in the slot
ALLEN1QB Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 I have the Bills winning the last 7 games so if they can win 2 more before the first Miami game were in.
The Big Cat Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 I'm going to take a page out of the off-season "this team hasn't done anything yet" book: NONE OF THOSE TEAMS HAVE BEAT US YET.

If they lost all they would be 10-6 and still a playoff possibility. It's uitenhage likely the last game host the jets means a playoff spot. They would be 10-5 going into the game.
jumbalaya Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 We can very easily be 0-6 or 1-5 in the division again this year.
Captain Hindsight Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Rams have put together two good games. They will be a tough out
marcre Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 If you can't win the tough games, you don't deserve the post season. For me, we need to win at least three of them.
Best Player Available Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Actually we have 14 very hard games left on the schedule.
