Logical Reasoning Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 There are plays that come along and can really swing a game. Hillis's fumble at the end of the first half was really deflating for them. I would argue, especially if you get the ball first in the second half, that any score within two possessions is still fine knowing halftime adjustments are coming. The Cromartie interception last week was a perfect example of that. This week, the break went the Bills way.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 too bad the Bills whiffed on the opening drive of the 3rd QTR.
CodeMonkey Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Yeah KC gets 7 going into halftime instead of the fumble and it's an entirely different game. But the Bills were do for some good fortune.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Really lucked out on that one. Before the replay, I turned to my wife and said it was going to be reversed. But the normal bad luck wasn't with us yesterday.
DrDawkinstein Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 too bad the Bills whiffed on the opening drive of the 3rd QTR. Why, did we lose the game? Did we not continue to blow them out and start the 4th quarter 35-3?
C.Biscuit97 Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Eh. We still were smoking them anyway. The Bills took the foot off the gas pedal. The Chiefs weren't coming back. But the fact remains that we needed to get a lead. Force teams to become one dimensional and our pass rush will shine.
