It certainly looked to me that Bowe's second foot came down clearly and unequivocally out of bounds. I thought all TDs were reviewed. Why wasn't this one reversed?

Because his foot was in.

I won't even begin to argue over an inconsequential play at the tail end of a Bills' route, but it looked like it was a great catch and his foot was in. Agree to disagree.

It was reviewed and determined to be a valid touchdown. Once again the new officials performed up to the NFL's high standards.

I agree it did not affect the outcome of the game. I was just surprised. I'd like to see the actual reply from the broadcast, as it looked pretty clear there.

Both feet were in. It was clearly visible in the HD broadcast replay.

Agree. At the very least it was close enough not to be able to overturn.

Certainly not "clearly and unequivocally out of bounds" as the OP contends.
