J-YO SUCKAS Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Matt Barkley is trash! He's a poor mans Mark Sanchez. I hope that game will shut you Barkley supporters up.
Bangarang Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Geno Smith is legit. I've said it before about Barkley being a Sanchez clone
Virgil Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Did you watch the game? That was the worst offensive line performance I've ever seen. No one would look good with less than two seconds to throw. And I have no opinion of Barkley as a player either
/dev/null Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 did you watch the game? What game? You mean there was a footbal game on TV and nobody told me Yes I watched it No Barkley didn't look bad Yes Stanford looked good
Joaquin1119 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 I watch the game and the o-line was BAD. matt couldn't do much.. As for standford QB that kid did a damn good job
JStranger76 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 I'd rather have Sanchez than Fitz.......just sayin........
CarolinaBill Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 First off, southern cal lost, the REAL USC, you know, the GAMECOCKS they won. second, Barkley sucks, high profile player, high profile team. Oh yeah, and Geno Smith was a BEAST, as usual
Dragonborn10 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 The first and most important thing to rememebr about USC QB's is they play against Pac-12 defenses. Outside of Stanford and USC, they are all crap. Oregon's defense is said to be their best in years if not ever and when they finally play real competitoin they will get lit up. Palmer was very good for a short time, Leinart garbage, Sanchez is mediocre, and Barkley couldn't run the hurry up offense at the end of the game. He was awful today. Another performance like this against Oregon or maybe ND and he will drop to the bottom half of the first round.
Bronc24 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Not going to matter. Alabama, as much as I despise Saban, looks invincible.
Geno Smith's Arm Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Not going to matter. Alabama, as much as I despise Saban, looks invincible. I don't think most here are concerned about what a loss will do to USC, but with Matt Barkley and whether or not he would be a good QB for the Bills.
NickelCity Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 I was at the game. Pandemonium. The whole place was going absolutely nuts. Go Cardinal
Offside Number 76 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Not going to matter. Alabama, as much as I despise Saban, looks invincible. 52-0. Ugh. I had to stop watching in the third.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 David Shaw for next Bills coach.
Guffalo Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 First off, southern cal lost, the REAL USC, you know, the GAMECOCKS they won. second, Barkley sucks, high profile player, high profile team. Oh yeah, and Geno Smith was a BEAST, as usual Going to my first Gamecocks game next week for Parents weekend. Daughter just started there and I am excited to see some SEC football.
AReed Deep For6 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Dont care much for Barkley but one hell of a finish to the game!
Doc Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 So, who looks like the best NFL QB prospect so far in this young college football season?
DrDawkinstein Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 So, who looks like the best NFL QB prospect so far in this young college football season? Doc, lot of talk on that here: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/150067-looking-ahead-to-the-2013-drafti-knowi-know/ Right now, the board consensus is Geno Smith with an eye on Tyler Bray.
