John Adams Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 I still can't get over Mitt's--I'll reach across the aisle as long as I don't have to raise taxes or cut anything from defense. That's like the Dems saying they'll reach across the aisle as long as they don't have to cut social security or medicaid. All the while, Rome burns. That's why the fact that Boehner and Obama couldn't get the debt deal done should put them both out of a job.
IDBillzFan Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Obama promises a lot of things he never intends to do. My personal favorite was his commitment to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term. That was a real knee-slapper.
