PromoTheRobot Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Bills injury report: Bills WR Stevie Johnson (Questionable-groin), OL Kraig Urbik (Probable-low back), QB/WR Brad Smith (Probable-groin) PTR
Realist Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 The Johnson injury concerns me big time. This was supposed to be gone now and its flaring up again. We are already extremely week at the WR position.
BillsWatch Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Somebody better tell Stevie he is questionable - he does not appear to think so.

boyst Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 I think if this were an issue we'd have signed another WR by now. Also, believe this means McGee doesn't dress.
No Cease Fires Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 The Johnson injury is just tightness post surgery. He didn't pull anything or do anything to it. It's just something normal that's cropping up at a bad time. Or so Stevie says.
eball Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 At the risk of going overboard with smileys, I have to say: Do none of you actually LISTEN to what Gailey and Johnson have said? He's on the report because he didn't practice Thursday -- if they didn't list him, it would be a violation of the CBA. Stevie said he could have practiced but it wasn't necessary and they wanted him to rest. Gailey said he could have practiced. He's practicing today. Just chill.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 I'm still a little worried, since we're going need Stevie's A game
MyHorseAteTheKid Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 I hope he has a career day.... Go Stevie.. Go Bills!!!!!
Captain Hindsight Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Well be fine. I heard stevie is only a number two anyway

It's normal for athletes - and coaches - to understate injuries. We all know what Chan and Stevie are saying but we worry anyway because we're Bills fans who've grown accustomed to bad news and have come to expect the worst.
vincec Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 So Pears isn't on the injury report at all? Is he anticipated to start? After no preseason at all and one weeks practice with the first team? Hmmm...

Mike in Syracuse Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 Per Gailey: Urbik practiced and should be fine. Pears is full go McGee is full go
San Jose Bills Fan Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 Also glad to see Lee Smith not on the report. He had his ankle run into against Detroit.
