Said it last year. Say it again now. Groin injuries don't go away. He needs to take off 6-9 months to have a chance at kicking this. Hamstring pulls are similar injuries. They need absolute shutdown for a long time. Playing through them (like Stevie did last year) is a terrible decision. Edited by John Adams

I can see that. I remember pulling a groin playing pick-up football in college. So painful--couldn't lift my leg to put my pants on. And right when I felt I kicked it, it crept back up on me.

Smith has a groin thing too, it is the tears that are the worst, a pull can be nagging though. I thought SJ had a tear last year hence the operation, Pears too. But the team never really goes into the full monty about what it is do they.

Listed as doubtful on the injury report FWIW.

Hey, what gives? Where did you see or hear something like that? Post a source or retract your statement before you get a whole bunch of other people worked up like me!

Sorry I cannot link it (can't find it online), but it was in today's NY Post. Urbik is questionable. Smith & Johnson are doubtful.

According to the official NFL injury report for this week, as of right now, there are no game status reports for any injured players for games this upcoming Sunday and Monday. Who knows where the NY Post got their info.
