If the Bills put together a couple good seasons together I think the value will be close to if not over a billion. Right now if the Bills were a stock their value would be really low. I am surprised how high the Redskins are compared to a team like the Steelers.

Those values don't relate to what the Bills are worth on the open market, like an appraisal of your house versus what you actually sell it for. When they sell they will likely go for over $1B.
