In addition, the SA will assist in game day preparations and testing (during the week of home games), as well as game day support for various systems. Qualifications: Education Minimum four years experience with Windows Workstation & Server required Four year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering preferred Industry-recognized IT certifications are preferred Professional Experience The successful candidate will: Hardware/software support, configuration, and installation for PC and MAC Windows LAN Administration Mobile Device support – Blackberry, Android, iPhone Plan for deployment of new hardware & software Answer support calls from help desk and track problems in a database Have the ability to handle a wide variety of IT projects and responsibilities. Be highly organized, dependable, analytical, detail-oriented, a quick study, and able to communicate well to both senior management and front-line workers both verbally and in writing Be a team player and willing to pitch in on the task at hand as necessary Be able to accommodate the flexible, dynamic schedule of a professional sports team Be able to work well in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred Experience SharePoint experience a plus SQL Server VMWare Exchange 2003/2010 Veritas Backup Exec Mobile Device support – Blackberry, Andriod, iPhone Systems experience with a MS/Cisco environment Telecomm experience both PBX and VoIP Audio/Video support Programming JAVA/C++/ASP.NET Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
