Thought this was pretty cool breakdown of all 16 games.

Projected record: 11-5

Chance at playoffs: 34.8%

Chance at division: 9.3%

Fewer teams had a better offseason than the Bills. They kept their explosive offensive talent and added some on D. After a 1-7 road record in '11, their nondivisional away games include the Browns, Cards and Colts. And the AFC East isn't too taxing. They will win at least eight.

I found it interesting that they project an 11-5 record but that gives them a 34.8% chance at amking the playoffs? Really? How many 11-5 teams have not made the playoffs?

well, as its just a prediction, id have to say it likely accounts for the possibility that they are less than 11-5, which is probably far greater than the chance of being above 11-5, in addition to the odds of teams beating us in with our 11-5 record.

at 11-5 id guess they have a pretty darn good shot, but you also have to play the odds of them getting to that point.

otherwise, if just based on the odds at 11-5 it would be either 100%, or zero, as they would have every record projected and its simply in or out.
