The name thing...seems mismanaged and stupid (this guy clearly seems to have either wanted his name out or not cared)..and nothing will come of it. I haven't read anything on this I'm sure ultimately it's just a book about what happened b/c people want to know and the guy wants some money and fame which I won't fault him for. I've read enough books by "operators" to know that they're usually rather specious...sometimes good for impressions from the pointy end of the spear, but too often lacking the larger context that makes those impressions truly valuable.
