How does spending millions (billions?) on infrastructure that will be imminently destroyed by a natural disaster stimulate the economy? Don't cut yourself on the glass from your broken window fallacy.

Progressives have to love the TV show Destroy Build Destroy.

Jindal asked for money BEFORE a disaster. He doesn't know how much money he will need.

Give me some luv bra. I'll pay tou back.

Under law, the federal government can provide direct assistance at 75 percent of federal funding, with states responsible for 25 percent of costs, though there are exceptions for small, impoverished communities.

How convenient that no one else mentioned Ryan wanting to cut Disaster Relief Funding.

So what we have is this comparison:

Katrina — Bush begs Democrat Governor for days to allow him to call out the National Guard, ..........Delay is Bush’s fault.

Isaac — Republican Governor Jindal begs Obama to release more funds than he originally did; Obama follows and does so the next day

Gee, if there is widespread damage (God forbid) I wonder who the media will report is at fault this time?

The media will blame the Army Corps of Engineers if the levees fail. The Tea Party will blame the victims - that is what they do best.

Looks like one already did. Of course all that money Obama shoveled their way didn't help.

Attention-seeking personality disorder:

The emotionally immature person, however, has low levels of self-esteem and self-confidence and consequently feels insecure; to counter these feelings of insecurity they will spend a large proportion of their lives creating situations in which they become the center of attention. It may be that the need for attention is inversely proportional to emotional maturity, therefore anyone indulging in attention-seeking behaviours is telling you how emotionally immature they are

I also don't name-call. You are a !@#$ing retard. Read again what I bolded (excuse me, "emboldened" ), and tell me how you're not completely making **** up.

I quite agree that that is what many conservatives suffer from.

"I know you are but what am I."

Christ, you're a !@#$tard.

Name calling is allowed. STUPID name calling should rightly get you banned.

Being the center of attention alleviates feelings of insecurity and inadequacy but the relief is temporary as the underlying problem remains unaddressed: low self-confidence and low self-esteem, and consequent low levels of self-worth and self-love

.

Thanks for proving this part also.
