dpberr Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 I've heard of him. I've seen this hundreds of times and it still makes me laugh when somebody drops it in one of these threads. Thank you.
biglukes Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Insert generic, overused comment about how he's better than what we have now here
PromoTheRobot Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Roscoe, T.O. and Plax are just sitting there! What is Buddy waiting for??? PTR
D521646 Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Roscoe, T.O. and Plax are just sitting there! What is Buddy waiting for??? PTR Injuries.. Tim- Seriously though, I see the Jest picking up Parrish.
Canks Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Roscoe Parrish has the ability to get those high passes that always seem to sail on fitz. I'd sign him, but only if he agreed to take something less than $19mill for 4 years.
inkman Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Roscoe, T.O. and Plax are just sitting there! What is Buddy waiting for??? PTR Donald Jones is better than all of them...combined.
DDD Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 When the Chargers can't charge you up, you know its time to hang up the pads. Or when the Bills release a QB not named Flutie.
Captain Caveman Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 (edited) Haven't seen any of him this preseason, but he was probably not great if he was part of early cuts. With that being said, he did seem to have a connection with Fitz before getting hurt. Maybe bring him in for a tryout after the first week (so we're not committed to his full salary when he does eventually get hurt)? And this isn't about having heard of him, it's about a guy who was productive when healthy (which admittedly was not very often.) Edited August 27, 2012 by Captain Caveman
djp14150 Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Parrish issue was he was an injury risk.....he could be brought back for league min and function as a slot receiver. Plaxico can play as a role receiver...redzone/short yardage plays. The other issue we had was not having a big receiver.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Injuries.. Tim- Seriously though, I see the Jest picking up Parrish. Compared to what NYJ has right now, the cut list for each team is going to look like a buffet. And you know Rex is going to like that!

This makes some sense given that he already is familiar with the offense and depending on the Bills' evaluation of the other receivers.
truth on hold Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 Just signed with raiders, primarily as kick returner
BillyBaroo Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 Too bad for Roscoe - no one could take a screen pass from the wideout position and break one like him! Much tougher mentally than Stevie
Homey D. Clown Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 the lack of real Bills news is killing me!!! these last 2 weeks before the season opener have to be the WORST.... just look at these threads!
benderbender Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 Ralph is cheap? It's hard to win in the NFL?
