GG Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 It depends on if you believe that the more populous areas should subsidize the infrastructure in rural areas, which extends to telephone, electricity, roads etc. If you believe in that, then the FCC proposal is logical for the 21st century mode of communication.
