kegtapr Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 Bledsoe will start next year. 188413 And the next Superbowl run will be delayed another year. Poor Ralph.
pioniere Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 I agree! The way everyone was predicting a Buffalo win today and looking to the other ganes... Did anyone think of a scenario like this? Of course they will pin it on Drew... Too bad! Shame on them all! 188318 Well, we certainly can't blame the whole season on Drew. However, big game players make big game plays. We needed Bledsoe to step up today and if not win the game for us, then at least not lose it for us. He needed to play mistake free, and he couldn't do it. Look where he ranks among the NFL's quarterbacks this season. Unfortunately, Drew is just mediocre now, and mediocre doesn't get it done. His last 300 yard game was in September, 2003. Unfortunately, I don't think he is capable of carrying a team on his back anymore. I don't expect Bledsoe to bounce back, and I don't want him to have the opportunity to try to in Buffalo. It is time for JP Losman to take over. We'll take our lumps early in the season as he adjusts, but he will give us so many more options on offence that this will be a much more dangerous team. Go Bills!!!
Britbillsfan Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 The Bills QB scenario depends on the developement of Losman. If we have many cap $ in Drew then he will be back, whether as a starter or not is for the coaches to decide. But he is a very ordinary QB at the moment. Unfortunately I can see Lindell back again depending on cap $ as well. The damn Jets lost as well....ho hum.
Spiderweb Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 OK, I won't blame Drew. This was a team loss. With that said, Drew did not play well the 2nd half this year. What happens in 2005, do you sit JP for another year... I think not. 188348 Mike, Drew managed to play decently down the strecth and until today, I may have disagreed with you but..... What really hurts right now is that the Rams did their part, and we did not.
KurtGodel77 Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 I don't blame Drew for the fumble returned for a touchdown. That may have been Mike Williams' fault, depending on the blocking scheme. Nor was it Bledsoe's fault that Moulds dropped those passes, or that the defense allowed a nine minute, all-running plays drive. Having said that, Drew didn't have the best of games today.
JAMIEBUF12 Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 r u out of yer mind this was all drews doing, this was a typical drew game when he plays an elite team!and the morons that got giddy in our winning streak, take a look at drews numbers.you wont see 300 yard games at all.we won cause of our defense ,special teams and willis, drew did nothing in those games except throw stupid int's.our defense should be pissed at drew, but they are too classy and take it like a team loss when really it is a drew loss,go bills in 05
