TheKickIsGood Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 All the stories on TKIG are always 100% true. Today's story is both true and unfortunate. http://www.thekickisgood.com
DukeyBomb Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Williams ran a 4.36 at his pro-day. I also would like to note... that Madden won't give him the speed credit that he is due. lol FML! I will adjust that if it's not at least 91.
MarkyMannn Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Williams ran a 4.36 at his pro-day. I hope so. The article said a 4.59 40. Slow DB's are death to a team. When drafted the Buff News said his speed was not great. We'll see how he works out as it seems he will get a lot fo chances to play
FleaMoulds80 Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Am I the only one that's really not that impressed with Williams?
Ronin Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Williams ran a 4.36 at his pro-day. I also would like to note... that Madden won't give him the speed credit that he is due. lol FML! I will adjust that if it's not at least 91. Says 4.55 here; http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=84950&draftyear=2011&genpos=CB Other Googles say 4.52 at combine. Am I the only one that's really not that impressed with Williams? No, I'm quite concerned in fact. They should have hung onto Florence at least until they had two proven competent starters. We enter the season with one rookie and a second year player with only 6 starts under his belt at the corner spots and no real depth otherwise since McGee can't be counted on. Here's a decent piece on the uphill battle that we face in making the playoffs as a result; http://www.profootballweekly.com/2012/07/04/bills-counting-on-rookies-at-crucial-positions How much will this lack of experience at the corner spots also negate our new found pass rush? TBD
