Outlook Question

[The Big Cat]

Hey gang--

 

Our office has a public folder where we keep our common contacts and we have two issues I'm trying to resolve:

1. Not everybody is always editing/drawing from the same source material that syncs with everyone else's exchange
   
2. For some unknown reason, only I can access those contacts from my iPhone
   

 

Any tech-heads out there who can resolve this.

 

We're a small firm (10), and we outsource IT issues to an off-site company whom I put on this caper with no luck thus far.
