FREEZING RAIN WILL CHANGE TO RAIN THIS AFTERNOON. A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE IS POSSIBLE. IN THE EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON...TEMPERATURES WILL WARM ENOUGH TO CHANGE THE PRECIPITATION OVER TO ALL RAIN.
