S. holmes and the NY Jet internal issue?

Sorry if this is posted, what is going on with the Jets. It could be nothing, but PFT makes it sound like this team is ready to crack. I would have to thinks he's their best offensive player. I can't image they would suspend him. This can't be helpng the QB position. Unless they invent some crazy offense that no one has ever seen, I'm kinda glad we get them first in new york, hopefully they will still hate each other.

 

He says he’s not injured, but that he has “tightness and soreness” from “a lot of running.” Holmes said there’s “[n]othing specific, body-wise” that is bothering him.

 

Is there a timetable for his return? ”Nope,” Holmes said.

Take Rex, Tebow, Sanchez, holmes, cromartie, mix then with the NY media and this is about to get good. It would have been great if revis would have made good on this threats and sat out of camp. Image Sanchez bombs the pre-season and tebow does well. It may only get better.

I totally can see this happening.

Rex will still start Sanchez. Then if the Bills D is as good as we hope it is, Sanchez looks horrible. The media and fans will be chanting 'Tebow, Tebow'. Begining of the end for Ryan

I'm also proponent of taking a risk on "bad character guys" if their talent is there but Santonio strikes me as a guy, despite all the talent, who will just destroy a locker room. I remember watching a Jet's game last year and Plaxico Burress caught a TD and Santonio's body language was so negative cause they didn't pass it to him, I was like dude your offense just scored a TD. He just strikes me as selfish player who puts his own success well ahead of the teams.

I hear ya- but in the time he spent typing his request, the story could have been both found and likely read. He even could've posted it. Both sides being lazy? I was on my phone and pulled it up in about a second.

 

I would've put it up but was likewise being lazy. sometimes the constant link requests irk me. It's not like the OP didn't reference where he got it from. Hopeful has thousands of posts - I think he's probably pretty capable to grab the story quick and link it if he's concerned.

No biggy but for the record, I'm less irked by link requests than I am by missing links.

Agreed. Though I think We can be grumpy old men together and scold both of them.

 

I don't mind the requests for obscure stuff but a guy referencing a pft story coupled with the topic of santonio having drama with the jets was a bit like..... Really?!?!? As the 27 links provided kind of illustrated. anyone actually concerned could have fixed it without half a thought.

 

How long til this merges with the jets camp thread, regardless?
