njsue Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 It is much better than using ground beef. Much better texture. YUMMY! I am not a fan of ground beef too much fat.
Ennjay Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 Have you tried corn bread instead of crackers? The sweetness goes really well with chili spices.
Ennjay Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 Sure, that would work. You can also bake your own from a mix -- you add one egg and it takes about 15 minutes.
njsue Posted January 2, 2005 Posted January 2, 2005 Got to start chopping up the steak meat. Then sear it, then put it in with the chili mixture in the pot. I sear the meat in extra virgin olive oil. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
