TDWI
I had an interesting conversation last night that I thought people here would be interested in. I was at a minor league baseball game in Appleton Wisconsin and met a guy who is a player agent representing a minor league player in the Seattle organization but indicated that his firm primarily represents football players. When I asked him whether his firm represented any Bills, he said that Mike Williams is a client of theirs. I asked him what the deal was with Big Mike and I was surprised to hear him tell me that he decided to retire this past offseason after his uncle died. I was like, "What? What do you mean he wanted to quit football?" and he told me that he just didn't want to play any more after his uncle's death, but said that he has a history of doing this -- he wanted to quit in high school, then wanted to leave his team in college and had to be convinced to come back all three times, and that he just generally is high maintenance that way. I have no reason to disbelieve this guy, since he was just some random person I met in the middle of the country, but I also have no way of validating what he told me. Just thought everyone might be interested in hearing about the conversation. Raises some interesting questions about Mike Williams, though. theesir
Well this is why Big Mike was so upset!!! Everyone was saying "Mike, Sorry about your Grandmother" but it was really his uncle that died. That would piss me off too!!

That would piss me off too!! 640[/snapback] But the confusion is understandable, I've heard his uncle was in drag when he died ...... not there is anything wrong with that ........ I mean being in drag, not dying .... I mean, being dead would be a drag ...... No NO I don't mean when you die they dress you in drag .......... although that WOULD be funny in certian circumstances .... it's just that when you're dead, you miss out on so much ....... Oh nevermind
