PromoTheRobot Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Okay, Shawne. See the QB over there? I heard he said you ain't schitt no more. Take those 3 years of pent up frustration and set him straight. PTR
DDD Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) I missed the part where he injects performance enhancing "medications." Edited July 18, 2012 by Mr. Wonderful
Kelly the Dog Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I missed the part where he injects performance enhancing "medications." You weren't paying close attention. In video one, he clearly injects something right when he crosses the Canadian border back into the States.
Optometric Insight Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Why aren't the videos in order? Unless that's how you count, then its perfectly acceptable.
1B4IDie Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Is there videos of him running full speed then changing direction? I know he is a big dude and can lift weights. What I saw might help him in body building competitions, I don't know about football games.
John Adams Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 He's huge but all I pretty much saw there was a guy doing upper body free weights and one set of step-ups. It's the lower part of his body that concerns everyone, not his tricep pressdown.
Mr. WEO Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 "Traning videos"?? He's a she? Must have gotten his vials mixed up.
Buffalos#1Fan Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Why aren't the videos in order? Unless that's how you count, then its perfectly acceptable. They are in order

BEAST MODE BABY! Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Hey, Shawn Merriman is only using 20 pound heavier dumbbells than me for his shoulder pressing. I feel like a winner today.
Optometric Insight Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Hey, Shawn Merriman is only using 20 pound heavier dumbbells than me for his shoulder pressing. I feel like a winner today. If you do steroids, you could easily lift 20 more pounds! They are in order No, they go 3,1,2,4.
1B4IDie Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) Hey, Shawn Merriman is only using 20 pound heavier dumbbells than me for his shoulder pressing. I feel like a winner today. They called it "Low Weight, Slow Motion." If his "Low weight" is 20 lbs more than your max . . . Sorry Dude. You don't think what he was doing helps in football games? Not really. He already has the required muscle mass to play. Its basically an advertisement for a gym and the personal trainer so I'm not gonna be critical. I'd be far much more interested in seeing him do some running and changing direction at speed. Edited July 18, 2012 by Why So Serious?
The Big Cat Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Hey, Shawn Merriman is only using 20 pound heavier dumbbells than me for his shoulder pressing. I feel like a winner today. It's 20 pounds LESS than what I do...true story.
Smears Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I missed the part where he injects performance enhancing "medications." Cliche'? I knew when I clicked here there'd be at least one. Tell you what, if this guy is 80% the player he was, (without enhancers) I wont complain.
boyst Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 It's 20 pounds LESS than what I do...true story. And 50lbs. more then me. w00tw00t/

Go pee in someone else's cornflakes. I mean, Merriman only has what...80, 90 pounds on me? Edited July 18, 2012 by BEAST MODE BABY!
Best Player Available Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Why aren't the videos in order? Unless that's how you count, then its perfectly acceptable. I believe he used the TSW Randomizer. A seldom used feature on this board.
MDH Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) Not really. He already has the required muscle mass to play. You're right, all these athletes that do strength training are just wasting their time. Obviously they are oblivious to the fact that its not helpful to their chosen professions.
