The more popular public debate of who pays what in taxes is relatively inconsequential, its primarily a spending issue. Much like obama not releasing his college records, taking 2 years to release a fake BC, and withholding the fast and furious document, all the while demonizing Mitt for not releasing tax returns above and beyond what is required by law.
