truth on hold Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) Nearly 100% of the video news I watch is on the net, much on youtube of course. Network & cable news in the US is either agenda-oriented propagandists like Fox, lame tools of the government or political parties, or career-oriented reporters more interested in making a name for themselves than the actual story (Anderson Cooper). Most of my news is still from print, again though a high percentage from multiple sources via the net, usually starting with Google News. One of the youtube channels I subscribe to is Russia Today. News sources being FOS is nothing new, what is new is the consumers ability to readily access multiple sources and make up their own minds. Edited July 16, 2012 by Joe_the_6_pack

Every news source no matter where you get it from has a political slant. BTW, I now understand why you seem so uninformed sometimes. It's a shame you dumped on Fox like you did since they were right about Obama being a socialist all along. Is Fox over the top sometimes? Sure they are, but they and drudge are very much helping in turning the tide against the anti-American administration who's currently in charge. I know it's seen as "cool" and "intellectual" on political boards to make fun of Fox News, but they were right. There's no denying the fact that they were right. Were your "unbiased" news sources right about him? I doubt that very much. Please tell us who your news sources are. We can then go back and see what they were saying about Obama from the beginning. If they had the balls to look into his background and do some vetting or if they were cheerleaders for "hope" and "change". If you want to get the story which is the closest thing to the truth you should follow Fox or Drudge. It's the reason why these sources are kicking everybody's butt on tv and online. Americans are done with being lied to and are begging for the truth be they biased towards conservative or not. We all know that these sources have a right leaning slant, but there's no denying they are the truth compass of the struggling middle class of America until proven untrustworthy. I actually think that Fox has been chickening out and pulling it's punches. People are angry and they want them to hammer the president on issues like his rewriting of the welfare reform program one of Bills Clinton's major achievements. This is HUGE story which has received waaaay too little attention from Fox News. Edited July 16, 2012 by 1billsfan
RkFast Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 The Daily Show vs. Youtube. All is well. Daily Show vs YT, and now MSNBC is getting bought out by NBC completely with Vivian Schiller, formerly of NPR and firing Juan Williams fame is going to be running the show. But yeah...Fox is the real biased source of news.

B-Large Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 If you want schills for the prospective ideology, tune in and watch The Five on Fox or Al Sharpton's show in MSNBC. It actually entertaining to watch Cable news... I never get to see it, but the gym I started going to has Fox on 1 channel, right nex to it MSNBC... my hour on the theadmill flies by now. Best News source: Wall Street Journal- it doesn;t matter who owns it, it is still the best.
IDBillzFan Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 If you want schills for the prospective ideology, tune in and watch The Five on Fox or Al Sharpton's show in MSNBC. I actually enjoy listening to The Five in my office. It's not news, just discussions, and while the panel mostly leans right, you get some left ideology from Beckel or Juan Williams. Greg Gutfeld is pretty funny, and in some parts of the world I could get arrested simply because of the way I think about Dana Perino. The person would be a great addition to the show is Joe Trippe, one of the most genuine, insightful and realistic commentators on the left. It always amazes me that a man as grounded as Trippe was tied to a batschitt progressive nutjob like Howard Dean.

Anyone who not only has a problem with "the five" but also compares it to the level of Al Sharpton's show is a flat out idiot. I try to tune into "the five" and "special report" every day. You don't need 24 hours news, just those two hours to get a feel for what's happening.
Joe Miner Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 My Christian ice queen is on "The Five" The dark haired chick? Or is she one of the Fox Blondes?

The Sharpton show is horrendous, its just bad broadcasting in general. I did Meagyn Kelly- I think she is really pretty hot... Heck, I would bang Shep right on Studio B too... LOL
LeviF Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 The dark haired chick? Or is she one of the Fox Blondes? It's Dana... I posted without reading before; I now see LA has expressed similar, if not less wholesome, sentiments.

B-Large Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Link/Pictures/Story? In my mind. If I could share those images, I could face 10-15 years of hard time and you could be indicted for possessing "ungreased, back-door, hammertime love-making session" content.

I love when they have Kimberly Guilfoyle sitting at the end of the table and you get a full shot of her legs. But outside of the eye candy, I can't stand watching it.
anjasalt Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 But hey, the Internet is definitely a good source of information. However, I cannot neglect an enormous amount of fake news too. So, one should be highly attentive and considerable while looking for reliable information sources online. It's like working with study platforms — you cannot know for sure if an assignment provider is going to offer you a really high-quality project. But, if you use efficient study tools from Edu Cat platform or any other site that makes YOU prepare a task yourslef (it just simplifies some steps) — the result is guaranteed to be relevant and proper.
