The Poojer
you have to keep in mind...i even like the mall during christmas time...i am a huge fan of people watching... As you know I like the smaller venues. But I'm just not crazy about going to a large venue to see anything. That's why I'm not a big fan of live sporting events anymore. And I didn't know Baroque was a painting syle. You learn something every day.
Chef Jim
you have to keep in mind...i even like the mall during christmas time...i am a huge fan of people watching... Shopping..........ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. My wife and I went to Ikea the other weekend. Thought I was going to kill someone. Don't get me wrong I love people watching too. But I prefer sitting at an outdoor cafe in the city watching the skirts go by as apposed to a Furthur concert where there's a lot of eye rolling at the hippies who refuse to grow up. John Adams
If I didn't care about it why did I ask a legitimate question regarding the show you dipshit? I forgot how sensitive you are. Sorry: I'll lighten up on you.
Jim in Anchorage
according to wikipedia, baroque is considered a painting style Thank you. Chef seems rather uneducated I fear. Edited July 16, 2012 by Jim in Anchorage

John Adams
Ok soccer loving nancy boy. Is it baseball season still? What are we on...game 90 of 150? Wow, what gripping suspense. BTW, the Phillies have nice park for rock concerts. The Wall was good. Springstein should be fun too. The local county baseball organization just came to our soccer club to help them because lacrosse is killing them on recruitment. We'll probably help them out because they are so desperate but it's a sad day when the baseball organization has to beg one of the soccer clubs for help to fight off the lacrosse club. I'm not sure why we'd particularly help all those bored-out-of-their-minds baseball kids when they could play a fun sport like lacrosse, but the rabid baseball dads are willing to give us a bunch of their unused fields so we will throw them a bone. We'll take all their fields over eventually and get rid of all the stupid dusty infields. Edited July 16, 2012 by John Adams
bbb
we wound buying tickets from the box office about 3 songs in to the show...3 songs before intermission we got onto the field level and watched most of the rest of the show from the 10th row right center...by the end we were dead on front row center at the railing...simply amazing...the visuals were stunning!!!!! Do they sell them cheaper once the show has started? I totally agree on being part of the communal aspect of the crowd. I love concerts and have no interest in concerts on my TV. It's almost like watching fireworks on TV.

I would have some idea what you were babbling about if I had actually taken the time to read this useless post thoroughly. But I had more important things to do, like take a dump. Found your problem. Like I needed that pointed out to me. Wait, you want me to walk through 150,000 sq ft of useless crap furniture to you can get a bag of votive candles??? PromoTheRobot
Sat front row for a Baroque concert at the San Francisco Conservatory for Music last night. I can say I appreciated that more than if I were at The Wall. Not crazy about that album and also not Crazy about Roger Waters. You and I are probably the few who feel that way. I never liked the Wall. It always struck me as Roger Waters' ego out of control. Maybe that's the whole point but I don't have to like it. I think he said baseball is boring when you bat 9th and play right field as a kid.....Not like the exciting game of soccer where you can hide and nobody really notices because the game ended up 0-0 anyway. I guess that makes it 238 posts on soccer, whatever that means.

I guess that makes it 238 posts on soccer, whatever that means. His point is that baseball is so boring that kids are starting to play more exciting sports such a soccer. With that logic I should switch from steak and lobster to McDonalds because kids like it better. Hey if a five year old likes soccer more than baseball I really need to re-evaluate my position.
