beagle925 Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 In the process of moving and just found out i get it free for the year if we take directv with us! GO BILLS from Florida
San Jose Bills Fan Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Ah I was getting sick of San Jose anyways.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 To paraphrase my buddy when he found out that cigarettes at the reservation were only $2.75 a pack, "It's so cheap I can't afford NOT to move."
BuffaloFan68 Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 With the money that I save, I can buy a moving truck.
Frostbelt City Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 DirecTV blows. They are nickel and dimers. Dish > Directv easily
MavBavButav Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 DirecTV blows. They are nickel and dimers. Dish > Directv easily Dish doesn't have the Ticket. So "easily" may be a strong choice of words.
WWVaBeach Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 I'm not sure how much longer DirecTV has this contract but I wouldn't be surprised to see it spread to all providers at a reduced price. The number of Thu games has reduced the number of Sun games and the need for Sunday Ticket. As a new DirecTV customer I get Sunday Ticket free for the 1st year and hope to see the price reduced in the future.
The Wiz Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 I signed up for directv in January last year and got it for free and now that they have the new rates out I called and ask if I would need to pay for it since it was pretty much at the end of the season. After minimal complaining I ended up getting re-upped for another season for free. At least the customer support is reasonable/logical.
MyHorseAteTheKid Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Moving every year is gonna suck. That my friend, made me laugh!!
muffmonster Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Dish doesn't have the Ticket. So "easily" may be a strong choice of words. Pretty excited about the upcoming Breaking Bad season on AMC as well.

Jerry Christ Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Pretty excited about the upcoming Breaking Bad season on AMC as well. AMC wants to kill with the amount of money they want..........so I say great for DISH! I have directv however, and I watch walking dead so I'm good.....and I got the ticket for 99 bucks and had the last cple for free..... I don't agree with AMC though
WellDressed Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Another avenue for a discounted/free "Sunday Ticket" http://bit.ly/PNzV3w
Frostbelt City Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Pretty excited about the upcoming Breaking Bad season on AMC as well. I'm pumped about Workaholics on Comedy Central, too... Oh wait...
Beerball Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 !@#$ing trees! No more DTV for me unless they can find an alternative spot for the dish. Waiting for NG to see this and give me
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 (edited) I'm pumped about Workaholics on Comedy Central, too... Oh wait... Comedy Central is not being aired on DTV currently. oops. I may use it to get free stuff!!! Edited July 12, 2012 by BillsFan-4-Ever
John Cocktosten Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I'm pumped about Workaholics on Comedy Central, too... Oh wait... First season was funny. Second was meh. This season is unwatchable. I'll take Mad Men and Breaking Bad any day.
BobDVA Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Viacom vs Direct tv, may whom ever is right prevail.
/dev/null Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I got 2 years of Sunday Ticket when I moved last year. So I get this season free too Hopefully they reduce the rates before next year. I love Sunday Ticket but not sure it's worth the price
