NoSaint Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 (edited) Clicked the article curious about fitz but it's VY that shows up all over it. Throws deep very often (2nd highest percentage of throws 20+ but clearly a lot fewer throws) and is among the more accurate- not saying he's my prime time qb for deep ball accuracy but it's an interesting read if you take it in the context of his legs skewing the numbers some. Would be curious to see full lists or more per attempt stats to get apples to apples http://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2012/06/29/three-years-of-deep-passing/ Edited June 29, 2012 by NoSaint
Optometric Insight Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 (edited) This means we should put in Vince Young! Fitz only has the arm for a back-up! EDIT: Sarcastic font ^ Edited June 29, 2012 by Teen Insight

KollegeStudnet Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 VY knock as a Titan revolved around the issue of who played WR...if you look at what he had to work with you'd be surprised! he did a decent job of what he ha to work with

NoSaint Posted June 29, 2012 Author Posted June 29, 2012 Tebow is number one, that is surprising. For the percentage of throws it makes sense- scramble for 7 seconds and guys are downfield. Tebow wasnt running a precision timing offense - he was sandlot football.
