My brother sent me this link and I thought it was very good. I encourage everyone who cannot do their own garden to find farmers markets, see below in my sig line for a toll to find a local one. The advantages of farmers markets are that you help the little guys, too, generally at a competitive price to supermarkets. The local farmer is an asset to your community, please take some time tomorrow morning to go support them. Anyone who has never had a Grassfed beef burger before is encouraged to get some from a local market.
