personally i think you get rid of face masks all together and watch concusions go down big time. It the false sense of security they provide that lends guys to lead with their head.

 

Having said that, nice unique desing.

 

The same logic would suggest a return to the old leather helmets.

Agreed that it's incredible, but I completely fail to see how that's going to work on a football field. Unless someone needs to run an app off of an opponent's helmet.

 

Gorilla Glass (Corning) is designed to be a relatively tough, yet incredibly electric-sensitive, surface for smart devices.

 

It is nowhere near strong enough to withstand any impact in any sport.

 

Just drop an iPhone without protection. You'll see what I mean.

iPhones aren't made with Gorilla Glass, which is why they don't withstand drops. Gorilla Glass can withstand a ridiculous amount of impact. Trust me on this one.
