EasternOHBillsFan Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 (edited) You should watch the Henry Hill documentary they had on the National Geographic Channel... it was great!! The movie was very true to his life which is rare, but the actor who played Henry Hill was pretty darn good. Here is extra footage (unfortunately without the scenes): http://video.nationalgeographic.com/video/national-geographic-channel/shows/locked-up-abroad-1/ngc-henry-hill-speaks/ Edited June 15, 2012 by BmoreBills

Smears Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 He was one of a kind. Modern day yet old school gangster. Good fellas is one of my top 5 favorite gangster movies. RIP Sammy the Bull is more interesting though if you really like reading about these guys and their lifestyles.
Pete Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 (edited) NPR had a fascinating segment on Hill the other day. For example, Hill loved to rob trucks. His favorite type of truck to rob was a truck filled with razors. Why? Because they were easy to unload, hard to track, they fetch a huge price in a small package, and he could make a fortune selling to a discount store. That is why Hill was a wise guy oops- here is the segment http://www.npr.org/2012/06/15/155093267/for-wiseguy-henry-hill-mobster-days-were-over Edited June 17, 2012 by Pete
