DC Tom Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 The affidavit said that on May 4, Gutierrez’s daughter began acting strangely in her first-grade classroom, talking to people who were not there and saying she could hear “banging in her head.” A school counselor called Gutierrez to report what was going on, and Gutierrez said, “Don’t call EMS and don’t call (Child Protective Services), I’m on my way,” the affidavit said. There should be a one question test that decides if you are allowed to obtain such a permit. The question would be, "Would you allow yourself or one of your family members to appear on the Jerry Springer Show?" If the answer is yes, no permit for you.
