I only wanted to point out that WE BOTH would like to have an owner that likes to win but beggars can't be choosers...I hear you. No offense intended.

I hope not. It's already been pretty widely reported they expect the lease renewal will be done around the time of training camp.

I don't think you can seriously talk behind closed doors about either issue without addressing the other. So, that leads me to believe we'll be hearing about both the stadium and a possible succession plan this summer. But of course the caveat is that I don't know sh*t about sh*t and this is based on nothing but how it all sounds in my head. Along with the voices.

I think we hear about a lease extension this summer, and potential ownership plans will occur behind the scenes while Ralph is alive. I can't see him wanting to sell the team now, when he finally has the right GM and Coach to make a SB win possible. Like most people, he'd rather go out on top.

A source from Tempo just leaked that the potential ownership group asked for something "ground up and in the freezer". That's all the source would say other than he thinks it might be code for something.
