TheMadCap
there's got to be more to the story than this. No way it played out like that article said, I just can't believe that...
Doc
More evidence of how people can't take responsibility for their actions. And why Obamacare will destroy the U.S.
B-Large
Lesson #1: When you intend to run the train, you do so at your own risk. This is the kind of stuff that makes specialists afraid to practice medicine. I highly doubt the Doctor failed to stress the importance of not straining himself, now did he "Document" that is the real question? More than anything, this was probably awarded based on the technicality of not making this explicit in the clincal notes. Our legal system is messed up. If you have been having chest pain and not had your stress test yet, and you go have sex and die, I would diagnose you as retarded.

I don't even want to get into the political aspects but your link is sick. Why would they take a picture like that when the guy just died? And did the guy with two legs die or was it the guy with only one leg?

If I was a European woman I'd be good and pissed at you. What makes you think the guy just died? Lawsuits take awhile to get to court, you know. I don't really want to go into a whole lesson on human anatomy just for your sake because this is a family board. What you propose as possible is clearly not. Let's go with what we know: The article states that there were two guys. My statement was not simple conjecture from a picture. It is possible that one of the dudes shaves his legs and that one of the chicks is a euro-chick with hairy and muscular legs, I will grant you that except you would think it would have come up in the trail by lawyers for the defense in an effort to impound the credibility of the dead dude. I have no idea when the guy died but the picture was clearly taken pretty soon after the death because although all 5 legs are unattractive, none of them are rotting like a corpse. In the future please pay attention to details before accusing people of being uninformed. P.S. You are right about one thing. If you were a euro chick you would be pissed at me because euro-chicks are unable to handle the truth and I deal in the truth.
3rdnlng
I don't really want to go into a whole lesson on human anatomy just for your sake because this is a family board. What you propose as possible is clearly not. Let's go with what we know: The article states that there were two guys. My statement was not simple conjecture from a picture. The article said he was with a "friend and a woman that was not his wife". That doesn't mean he wasn't with two women. Maybe one was a friend and one was not. It is possible that one of the dudes shaves his legs and that one of the chicks is a euro-chick with hairy and muscular legs, I will grant you that except you would think it would have come up in the trail by lawyers for the defense in an effort to impound the credibility of the dead dude. I think the dead dude most likely took his credibility to his grave with him and it was already impounded. I have no idea when the guy died but the picture was clearly taken pretty soon after the death because although all 5 legs are unattractive, none of them are rotting like a corpse. Maybe the picture was taken while they were all alive. Would you lay in bed with a dead man? Don't answer that, this is a "family board". In the future please pay attention to details before accusing people of being uninformed. People who live in glass houses should think before they accuse. P.S. You are right about one thing. If you were a euro chick you would be pissed at me because euro-chicks are unable to handle the truth and I deal in the truth. Quit quoting David Axelrod and furthering your attack against European women. Edited June 4, 2012 by 3rdnlng

As malpractice lawyers like to say "if it wasn't documented, it wasn't done." Our legal system is messed up. If you have been having chest pain and not had your stress test yet, and you go have sex with someone other than your spouse and die, I would say you got what you deserved diagnose you as retarded. DC Tom
Yep. As malpractice lawyers like to say "if it wasn't documented, it wasn't done." In other words, if the doctor had written down "advised patient to avoid stress", but not "advised patient to not engage in orgies", he'd still be found guilty. But maybe only 30 or 40%. But maybe only 30 or 40%. No, he'd still be 100% guilty, because he didn't list orgies specifically.
