\GoBillsInDallas/
Lawyer sues the girlfriend of a guy that was killed in a car crash while texting (she wasn't in the car) by saying that, because she texted him, she is liable for him texting back to her while he was driving: http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/texting_driver_spells_VtlfopCrrakk8PjDKVhjWJ
Doc
There is no personal responsibility anymore. It always someone else's fault. I'm waiting for the first lawsuit against god. Should be coming anyday now.

CookieG
There is no personal responsibility anymore. It always someone else's fault. Unlikely successful lawsuit aside, you're right about that. Some guy cuts the legs off of 2 people while LOL'ing with his girlfriend and pays a whopping $775.00 fine. No jail time, not even the temporary loss of his license. dayman
There have been countless lawsuits against God and the Devil and all sorts of things...they just get thrown out... It’s now up to a Superior Court judge in Morristown, NJ, to decide whether Shannon Colonna can be added to the suit against driver Kyle Best. Also they're just trying to get her tacked on to a suit against the driver...if that makes a difference to yall... (*runs*)
/dev/null
That could be trouble for God, are there any lawyers in heaven ? . Just imagine, Eric Holder could sue God for Racism, the Holocaust, and even Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull. God created the Universe and therefore can therefore be held liable in a court of Law for all of the injustices suffered therein. It's really too bad the US government no longer approves of the use of gold and silver as currency. God could have just went to some other planet for a stash of gold or sliver. We could have solved the National Debt Edited May 21, 2012 by /dev/null
