Buffbills1fan Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Visanthe Shiancoe is a huge TE that can block, catch, and run. I think the Bills should consider this guy if the price is right. Any thought?
FluffHead Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Visanthe Shiancoe, COME ON DOWN!!! You're the next contestant TBD LOVES!! Seriously though, I would like that move.
FleaMoulds80 Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I'd rather have Dallas Clark. He'd be a much better compliment to our WR's and could line him up anywhere.
Florida Gator 14 Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I don't believe either of them, Clark or Shiancoe, have anything left. We should stay clear, imo.

billsfan89 Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I don't believe either of them, Clark or Shiancoe, have anything left. We should stay clear, imo. Clark is a bit small and doesn't run block at all. Shiancoe on the other hand put up similar stats to Chandler last season and Shiancoe had McNabb and Ponder throwing to him not exactly great QB play. I think Shiancoe as a backup would fill out a small need for depth at tightend and make the roster a little bit better for a small price. While Chandler would be a better blocker Shiancoe would at least provide a similar if not better receiving threat and at least be a somewhat willing blocker.

Of course, he had Favre throwing to him.
b-unit Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I bet the ones who say dallas clark is done will eat their words. Obviously if he catches on with a team especially w a good qb
808 Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 clark has gotten the injury bug pretty bad recently. to bad too. hopefully he can come back but time is not on his side.
Rubes Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 (edited) Clark just visited with, naturally, the Pats*. Read it on ESPN, I'll look for the link. EDIT: Here it is Edited May 19, 2012 by Rubes
Optometric Insight Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I don't believe either of them, Clark or Shiancoe, have anything left. We should stay clear, imo. Thought I don't know much about Clark, Shiancoe would be nice depth. It would be fun seeing the Bills in a Twin TE, I-formation with both CJ and Fred or Corey and one of our running backs.
Dat Dude Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Visanthe Shiancoe, COME ON DOWN!!! You're the next contestant TBD LOVES!! Seriously though, I would like that move.
Santana Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 That would definitely be a good move for the Bills, he's a good team player!!
machine gun kelly Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I'd rather get a minimum for Plaxico Burress, if he's not picked up by June. He'd be another large threat, now in shape, and have a training camp. He wouldn't hurt in the red zone, and does a nice job over the middle. I understand this is a tight end thread, but wouldn't hurt to have a very experienced tall WR.
John from Riverside Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Guys dont you think if either of these TE's had anything left they would already be signed?
Toshiero Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 If he was so great there is no way the vikes let him go with a young QB they are trying to protect and develop. I really wish Bills fans would quit going after just 'names' without actually understanding there is a reason these guys are on the street

Yeah I agree with you on this, he would definitely be more useful in our spread offense If he was so great there is no way the vikes let him go with a young QB they are trying to protect and develop. I really wish Bills fans would quit going after just 'names' without actually understanding there is a reason these guys are on the street Scott Chandler was on let go and was on the street too...
