Doc Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 I think people are reading too much into the VY deal. I think he is a good backup, because he can be effective (short term) with a limited playbook. I don't believe that they want to use him much, and that they would much rather have Fitz lighting it up with a conventional offense. I think the Bills would like that as well. The "Wildcat" is more to create a spark when the offense bogs down. And Young is easily the most-accomplished backup QB the Bills have had in awhile.
