I.T. Specialist - Arizona Cardinals Football Club (Tempe, AZ)

 

 

Bachelor’s Degree in I.T. or a related field. Candidates must have a high level of customer support and interpersonal skills to be considered.

 

Must have basic TCP/IP knowledge and be able to isolate, troubleshoot and fix communication and performance problems in a routed network environment. Must have thorough understanding of PC and Server troubleshooting in a windows Active Directory environment.

 

•Manage PC’s through the use of local policies and network policies.

•Diagnose and resolve daily computing and networking problems.

•Install, configure, and maintain client PC and Macs, and mobile devices, including desktop & laptop hardware and software, and application software for PC’s and Servers and mobile devices

•Assist with the training requirements of PC hardware and software.

•Provide Helpdesk phone coverage, as well as in the field and after-hours coverage.

•Be part of the after-hours support team (nights and weekends as required)

 

CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+ and Microsoft certifications preferred.

There is your performance problem, active directory. Get rid of it and it is fixed. Of course so are some government contracts which require open standards but only those who use Microsoft solution can win.
