BUFFALOKIE Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Do the have a team of seamstresses sewing like crazy? Are they iron-ons? Do they print thirty two Jerseys for each player? And the draftees sitting at home...they have a box with 32 hats and t-shirts?

BillsFanForever19 Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 It actually looked like the names were put on a clear adhesive that they pressed on to the jersey after the pick was announced. They showed it very quickly in one of the draft recap videos. I thought that was a really cool thing. I'm pretty sure it was the first time they did that.
kabnt2005 Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Heat pressed right on behind stage. Nike had a machine there set up. They just had the name plates for each player ready to go.
