JoeF Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Sounds like a rumor from JoeF. If it was a FA signing like Young, the news would be out by now. Pro Football Weekly tweet... https://twitter.com/#!/ProFootballWkly I have no inside sources except the voices in my head....
BuffalothruMyVeins Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 How much of a kick in the groin would it be if it were a Press Conference to announce 2 things... 1. Buddy is stepping down, and 2. Fitz tore his ACL playing pickup ball with Suggs and Peters.

Mark Vader Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 If true, this is great news. I really believe that Fred Jackson can be for the Bills what Kevin Faulk has been for the Patriots.
BiggieScooby Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Fred Jackson has the skills to be what Marcus Allen was in his 30s. The leading total yardage running back past the age of 30.
John from Riverside Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Mark.....I think that Freddie Jackson is much more the Kevin Faulk...in just about every way
KD in CA Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Pro Football Weekly tweet... https://twitter.com/...ProFootballWkly I have no inside sources except the voices in my head.... Thanks...I suspect you are spot on. We'll find out shortly.
It's in My Blood Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Anyone know if WGR will carry the presser live?
Jerry Jone's Toupee Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 To quote Winston Wolf......."let's not start ******* each others ***** just yet".
mrags Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 To quote Winston Wolf......."let's not start ******* each others ***** just yet". Great quote by "The Wolf". Personally I think Harvey Keitel made that movie what it is. Wouldn't be nearly as good if not for him IMO. On to the other question. Does anyone know if WGR will be airing this presser?
iommi Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Per Laconfora: Bills 2pm press conference will be to announce a multi-year extension for RB Fred Jackson, who was having an MVP-type '11 before injury
Mark Vader Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Mark.....I think that Freddie Jackson is much more the Kevin Faulk...in just about every way Not the point I was trying to make. I was referring to Faulk's durability and ability to be a long lasting player for the Patriots. I think Fred Jackson could still be an effective RB with the Bills for another 6 years.
bbb Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Anyone know if WGR will carry the presser live? Schopp tweeted that they are.
Fan in San Diego Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 The price of beer is going going up $1 per cup this year.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 2 pm press conference? probably more like 6 pm with this misfit crew of Bills' IT personnel.
12Kachy Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Bills sign contract extension with Jackson on Buffalobills.com already. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-2/RB-Fred-Jackson-Signed-to-Contract-Extension/730ea1f9-942d-4d3e-abbb-e28eace78ead
The Senator Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 2 pm press conference? probably more like 6 pm with this misfit crew of Bills' IT personnel. So I'm guessing you're not listening to Fred right now, talking about his new deal and the upcoming season? link
papazoid Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 bills just texted rb fred jackson has signed a contract extension.
