bbb Posted May 7, 2012 Share Posted May 7, 2012 For me its not about liking or disliking rap...i think they transcended that...they bridged a generation of music lovers...aka. crossover...without the beasties we wouldnt have chili peppers, living color, kid rock, korn etc...(not to say music is better off with the latter 2) but it made it more accessible and added a new dimension to rock & roll to be more inclusive to all of us. They didn't take my EZ Pass and I refused to pay the toll on that crossover bridge. I did see Kid Rock in concert a few summers ago. Half the concert was rock and half was rap.
