Griff28 Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I find it interesting that they announced the rookie free agent signings and the roster is one under the minimum. Could a veteran free agent be on his way?
scribo Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 I think they will leave that one spot open just in case someone become available.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Wow, already? Each of the last several years the team would sign 12-15 UDFA after the draft… and that was when the roster limit was 80. How many UDFAs have they signed so far? Color me surprised we have that many players under contract.
aussiebills Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 The reason why it is so high is because they signed a couple of future FA ( mckillop, clowney, I think Gilbert was one) they signed others to these deals but I just can't remember them
Kelly the Dog Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 I will make a small prediction and say Dennis Dixon, who was drafted when Whaley was in Pittsburgh, and would seem to be a Chan guy. If the Bills really wanted to get some kind of project QB like Cousins or Osweiler or Russell Wilson, but had better players on the board to choose so they never got around to drafting one, Dixon still has a shot. I don't think Corp is that guy.
