It's in My Blood Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 (edited) He fits what Buddy wants in a WR. He's tall, open when he's not, goes up for the ball. I would be thrilled to grab him in the second. Him or Stephen Hill would be great. Edited April 27, 2012 by It's in My Blood
marauderswr80 Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 I like Hill too, but i got a feeling STL snags him.....

ecgetty Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 If we insist on WR I'd go with an SEC guy who can make catches. Not a guy from Rutgers who exceeded expectations.
HornellBillsFan Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Winner! No way over Alshon.....as long as he can stay in shape.
bobobonators Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 If we insist on WR I'd go with an SEC guy who can make catches. Not a guy from Rutgers who exceeded expectations. ray rice exceeded expectations at rutgers too; ravens shouldn't have drafted him. laughs on them i suppose..silly ravens
HornellBillsFan Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 I LOVE Jeffery..But I would be happy with Hill as well... Hill...the most overrated, unproven nobody as a WR in the draft. He did run real fast at the combine though....
biggerdaddynj Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Casserly summed it up best about Jeffery--stay away from a guy with a weight issue and let someone else look like a genius. IMHO, where there's smoke there's fire. BTW--aren't any of you concerned about the fact that nearly every scout indicates Jeffery has issues getting separation off the line? No reason to take a risk on him when there are plenty of quality WRs available this year.
biggerdaddynj Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 If we insist on WR I'd go with an SEC guy who can make catches. Not a guy from Rutgers who exceeded expectations. Sanu = Hakeem Nicks. Jeffery = The Hamburglar.
Gamecock1 Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 With Jeffery you get someone who routinely dominated your first round pick
biggerdaddynj Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 sanu is not nicks. no way Here's one scouting report that disagrees with your opinion: http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/college_player_scouting_report.html&player=41798 Found this quote from a paper: "Other scouts have compared Sanu to current New York Giants star Hakeem Nicks." (sure you'll be OK with the article because it notes that Todd McGay believes Sanu is overrated) http://newbrunswick.patch.com/articles/which-nfl-team-will-draft-rutgers-star-sanu Though I don't hold myself out as anything other than a passionate fan, I've watched both guys on multiple occasions (Jersey boy) and to my untrained eye, I believe Sanu will develop into a WR like Nicks. Let's check back in 4 years, perhaps I'll be wrong. With Jeffery you get someone who routinely dominated your first round pick At the all you can eat Chinese buffet? Please take a look at this picture: http://mobile.dawgsbynature.com/2012/2/15/2801296/anyone-who-wants-alshon-jeffery-needs-to-see-what-he-looks-like-far
CarolinaBill Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Alshon in the 2nd would be great. All these idiots talking sh** about Jeffrey have never seen the man work. With a good qb, he's better than Floyd and black on, hell he's alot like Andre Johnson in Texas IMO. That stupid picture from an Offseason photoshoot means nothing.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Steven hill? Much rather Have Hill over Jeffery who did not impress me at all. Still want Fleener who is a tick slower than Hill but is way more polished and much bigger. I believe that TE's are the new game changers in this League, LBs can't cover them and they beat up secondary players, NE showed How devastating TEs can be it's time we got a game changer at position.
