If the numbers are to be believed and considering that Romney essentially just became the de facto Repub nom, that's not good news for Barry. They also mentioned that Romney is polling poorly with Latinos and women, which makes a great argument for choosing Marco Rubio as his running mate.

Can you really see him evoking confidence at an international conference of our allies, trading partners, whomever? I look at Obama, Romney, Newt, et. al., and think that we have allowed these flacks to emerge and prosper over time by re-electing incumbents, or simply not voting, thus sending the message that we are well and truly satisfied with mediocrity.

Romney hasn't officially been nominated, yet he's in a statistical dead heat with Barry. And there are still the debates, and Romney still has to choose a VP. Again Rubio would make the most sense since Romney is polling at about 20% with Latinos, and similar to what Samuel Jackson said about voting for Barry just because he's black, more than a few Latinos will probably vote for Romney just because of Rubio. Slightly over half the people believed him in 2008.
