JTO Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 If Floyd or Luke is taken early then I am all for selecting Dre'.
eball Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Nice, logical post, gennycream. Welcome to the board. Who knows if you're right, but your thinking makes more sense than a lot of what gets bandied about on these pages. With respect to anyone thinking the Bills can easily trade down -- think again. This draft is scarce on "difference makers" and the likelihood somebody wants the Bills' spot at #10 badly enough to give up anything of value is wishful thinking. My prediction is that Nix will follow his pattern of selecting BPA with the pick, unless he is convinced he has an instant starter or "difference maker" at a different position.
CarolinaBill Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I'd go with Gilmore. Has size and physicality, more tackles, ints than Kirkpatrick, plus no off field issues. He's more fitting the 10 spot than Kirkpatrick
Dr. Fong Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 If Buffalo doesn't take him he will still be available in the 2nd round. He's not 1st round material. Analysts say he won't make it as a left tackle and will have to move to guard or right tackle. If you draft this clown and move him to guard, why wouldn't you just draft Dave DeCastro who draftniks are saying is the best guard prospect in 10 years. Are you talking about Glenn or Reiff? I can't tell.
