Johnny Hammersticks Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Mock Draft: Round 1- Trade back to either 16/18 and get another pick for next year- OT-Cordy Glenn- Georgia Not sure Glenn will be there at 16, but I love the pick Round 2 (41) OLB- LaVonte David- Nebraska Bobby Wagner OLB Utah State Round 3 (71) WR- Marvin McNutt- Iowa Chris Givens WR Wake Forest Round 4 (105) CB/S- Trumaine Johnson- Montana Round 4 (124) OG- Nate Potter- Boise State Russell Wilson QB Wisconsin Round 5 (144) TE- Michael Egnew- Missouri Zebrie Sanders OT Florida State Round 5 (147) LB- Tank Carder- TCU I'll play
bluenews Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Cant see drafting that many starters..... I like WR Floyd/ND in the first round Linebackers are very weak! Moorman had a bad year and needs a serious replacement Merriman needs to be on field as much as possible Nice effort, like your enthusiam!

Moorman had a bad year and needs a serious replacement Merriman needs to be on field as much as possible Nice effort, like your enthusiam! Really? I think ideally we would like to get the roster to the point where Shawne plays about 15 situational snaps a game. This should maximize his effectiveness and keep him healthy
Mark Vader Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 TE: Scott Chandler (Starter) Michael Egnew (Possible Future starter) OT: Cordy Glenn (Starter) Erik Pears (Starter) Chris Hairston (Backup) DT: Kyle Williams (Starter) Marcell Dareus (Starter) Torrell Troup (Backup) Alex Carrington (Backup) ILB: Kelvin Sheppard (Starter) Arthur Moats (Backup) KEY CUTS: RB-Johnny White TE-Mike Caussin WR- Naaman Roosevelt OT- Sam Young DE-Danny Batten DT- Kellen Heard DT- Dwan Edwards TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK LB- Chris White Only 2 Tight Ends and only 3 Offensive Tackles? I do not see that happening. If Torrell Troup is fully healthy I could see him as a back-up, but I would not be surprised if Kellen Heard was able to make the team. He played good in Troup's & Williams' absence. Arthur Moats at ILB? Don't you remember we tried this last season? Remember the results? Moats is an OLB. Good post, you put a lot of thought into it.
1B4IDie Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 (edited) Mock Draft: Round 1- Trade back to either 16/18 and get another pick for next year- OT-Cordy Glenn- Georgia Good work. I know you put some thought into this but two suggestions. 1.) Dr. D has a post started where he went through the same exercise. That would be a good place to post this. 2.) When you talk about trading draft picks, be more specific with the details. Why in the world would another team trade up to the #10 spot if you don't believe there is a worthwhile talent that the Bills should pick at #10? The Bills trading back out of the #10 is only going to happen if a prospect falls to #10 that the Bills wouldn't want to draft like Tannehill or Richardson that another team covets. Even then I could see Nix and Gailey taking Richardson to replace the 30+ year old Freddy. (Not saying I want this to happen. Just saying if i did happen, I wouldn't be shocked.) jjmac Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Is Kelsay going to be a one-down player at his salary?
CowgirlsFan Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I would hate to see Naaman Roosevelt cut.because he is a native son of Buffalo..
boyst Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Well, we are keeping Lee Smith. We will have 3TE's. After I noticed that error I stopped reading.
SRivRoc Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I like McNutt, reliable hands and productive but the more I watch he never separated from slow big 12 corners, what will happen in the NFL?...I like Glenn and the trade down but I doubt anyone will trade in this draft of 6 blue chippers then a group of same talent guys. I like lavonte pick, and potter but later. I don't think well draft a TE
mountainwampus Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Kelsay can't stop runs, he never has. Kellen Heard will definitely make the team.

sharebear Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I can't see mcnutt coming into the nfl and starting let alone starting next to stevie, I see him more as a slot or 4th receiver in the nfl, just doesnt have enough speed
BillsCelticsAngelsBama Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I can't see mcnutt coming into the nfl and starting let alone starting next to stevie, I see him more as a slot or 4th receiver in the nfl, just doesnt have enough speed Exactly. McNutt is not starting material or even close
Billshank Redemption Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Other then being overly optimistic with mcnutt I thought it was pretty good, I can see us drafting another tackle late and stashing him on the ps. I also dont think we will cut white choices tires are falling off and I think white will be good insurance bare minimum. Also don't know about the corners but good post someone has to make the tough calls you did a pretty food job
1B4IDie Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Good Lord you whine alot. !! You realize you're whining, right? I'm giving a new poster some tips, we don't need anymore MOVALLEYRANDYs around here.
