Lurker Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 So it's all about the first half of the season. How strongly they come out of the gate (hopefully, like last year) will determine if they break the playoff jinx...
towelie Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 It's out? Hot off the press, from today's Post. Oh, my God. This is cake! Uh, that's what I said. Francisco... Miami... 13 and 3. Easy. What are your three losses? Green Bay, New England, Chargers. We could easily beat Green Bay. 14 and 2. Oh. Oh, man. What? New England, December 20th. I get out that week. Oh, ****. Patsies are toast. There's no way we're losing with us in the parking lot.Not a chance. 15 and 1. Totally realistic. It's gonna be a great year.
Buffalo Destroyers! Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 once again the pats get their bye before they play us
nucci Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Four of the last 5 games at home? Should be 4 of the first 5 games at home. This is horrible. Thanks for nothing. It's called home field advantage late in the season. It's important. Stay home if it's too cold for you!!
QCity Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Don't like starting out on the road against the Jest. Was hoping for a home opener against a team like Cleveland heh.

Cru Jones Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I'm seeing 10 wins on this schedule, not counting jets or pats, which are can always be up in the air.

NewEra Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 It's a tough start minus Cleveland and KC. Lots of road games. Let's hope we stay healthy so we can take advantage of the 2nd half schedule. The start might be tough
Chandler#81 Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Jeebuz! A stretch of 6 roadies in 9 games! We're either gonna be real Road WARRIORS or out of the playoff picture by Halloween. Hauntingly familiar.. Better start getting mentally tough today!
DanInUticaTampa Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Four of the last 5 games at home? Should be 4 of the first 5 games at home. This is horrible. Thanks for nothing. First thought I had For a team who has a chance of getting to the playoffs this will be a good thing. Maybe, but it will be messy in getting the stadium filled in Dec than if it were in Sept. Blackouts galore. But if we are in a playoff hunt, then maybe it will get packed. They should put more home games in the front though. And which one is the Toronto game? I am not seeing it anywhere
Charles Romes Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Seattle is the Toronto game. Have to admit the schedule makers have avoided giving any of the top 4 games to Toronto each year.
WhiteCat Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 If we can get enough Bill's fans to Miami for the Dec. 23 game, it could be like a home game. If the Dolphins are out of the playoff picture by then, the stadium will be empty. Perfect time for a Bills roadtrip, great Xmas present.

I plan on making that trip from Orlando with at least a few other Bills fans
jkhmlf Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 At least most of the hard games are in the beginning of the year before half the team ends up on injured reserve. That way the practice squad can lead us to the playoffs when the team is banged up.
Billshank Redemption Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I don't really know what to think, I think its a lot harder then I figured it would be. Our buy week couldn't really come sooner. If we can start out 5-3 I think we can make the playoffs though.
KD in CA Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 People are complaining about a schedule that gives us a run of Colts, Jags, Rams, Seahawks, Dolphins during the playoff push? This schudule is a GIFT. If they can play .500 over the first 10 games they have a real shot at the playoffs.

Virgil Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 For what is the 3rd weakest schedule, they made sure we played the harder teams on the road. And 2 West Coast games back to back? And it's been over 3 years now since we've had a home opener. Yeah, this schedule sucks. And no, I don't think even the Bills players want that many home games in December. And if you have season tickets and the Bills fall apart in the second half, as they have for the past decade, good luck selling your tickets. Just a bad schedule for the players and the fans
dajari9 Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 If they can somehow make it to 5-4 through the first 9 they're in the drivers seat for at least an 11-5 record. First half is tough though - let's see what they're made of!
