Fan in San Diego Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 Wow! He way overpaid for that. I'm thinking around $250,000 was a fair price.
Acantha Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 Wow! He way overpaid for that. At $90,000.00 an acre, I'd say that's an understatement.
boyst Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 I have 2 or 3 towns i'd be willing to sell @ $90,000/acre.
DC Tom Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 I could never own a town where I was the only resident. I'd be too embarrassed when I lost the election for mayor.

Every small town has that one crazy person that everyone knows, that could be you. Ours was called "Hoppy", he rode around on a bike collecting cans. Eventually someone gave him a moped. He was even allowed to ride in the Memorial Day parade.
